I should have made this note a long time ago. But with all the returning interest on the Mask (both tangible and gossip), I feel that this would be the perfect time to deconstruct what it is about these stories that have managed to retain a sizeable following since the 90s. So for all of those who do stumble on this note—whether by accident or by notification, welcome. Well, sort of... Line art and conceptualisation take up most of my time. But shadows and lighting are missing and they play a role in storytelling as well so I wouldn't say these are completely finished. But that shouldn't stop you from finishing the chapter. The story's been in hiatus long enough! I only ask that long-standing readers of the comic (and the new ones who have found me out recently) re-read the first half of the chapter posted in the gallery as it will allow you to re-contextualise the story. Happy Birthday!

Are you still drawing or writing? Hope to see Desire be finished one day.

Playing catch up with some Mask stuff, I hope you're still around! It'd be a shame to see "Desire" go unfinished, especially since it's off to such an awesome start! Stay safe. :)

So what are your comic plans for 2020???
More comics please. Your work is awesome
Happy Birthday!
